Cover Reveal: SIMULATION By Tara Tyler

To go with the cover reveal, here's a bit of writerly advice from Tara Tyler...

Something I like to do when I need a break from editing is work on my blurb. It's hard to condense your novel into a few sentences, but it's something we have to do. And when you find a blurb that works, it really inspires you to get back in there and finish the darn thing!

It's finally here!! I give you the taunting cover of SIMULATION!

SIMULATION by Tara Tyler
Release Date: September 14, 2015

In 2082, androids are an essential part of daily life. Some are helpful, some would make better toasters, and some are so human-like they're creepy. Back in Atlanta, Detective Cooper's latest client has him searching for her boyfriend who she thinks was replaced by a simulation, an illegal clone android. The guy also happens to be a popular new congressman.

To make matters more frustrating, Cooper keeps crossing paths with his ex, FBI Agent Geri Harper who is looking for the same guy. As Cooper closes in, Geri is kidnapped. But when she resurfaces in Washington and goes on a killing spree, he knows it isn't her. Now under suspicion himself, Cooper must find the real Geri to prove her innocence, not to mention hunt down the powerful villain behind it all. Never a dull moment.

Re-released July 1, 2015

IWSG (23) — This One is For You: POP TRAVEL & Giveaway!

My lovely readers and fellow authors,

Let's be honest, I'm nothing without you. And one of the best things about our blogging community is that we're always here to support one another. Today that's what I'm doing along with showing you my appreciation. I'm sharing this fantastic cover reveal along with a recommendation to READ the book! POP TRAVEL is an exhilarating read and it's truly for everyone. The talented author, Tara Tyler, is being a doll and offering a giveaway as well so be sure to enter! Take it away, Tara :)

Thanks for helping me give a shout about my new POP TRAVEL cover, SK!

Last summer, SK and I read each other's books. I love reading a good book on vacay! And KINETIC was a super fun read. The main character Annie is a fiesty ball of power. I enjoyed the action-packed scenes and the steamy love triangle too. I'm looking forward to reading the next one!

Since SK read and gave a stellar review of POP TRAVEL, I'm asking her to tell you all about one of her favorite scenes from it...

Oooh, yes! Okay so . . . the book is filled with great scenes full of action, imagery, and intrigue, but one of my favorite scenes happens in a library. Simple. Straight forward. And a little deceiving.

Sometimes you have to appreciate the subtlety of a woman. Especially if said woman is our darling FBI Agent Geri Harper who—until now had been kept out of field work for never "being the right agent for the job." She uses her charms and brains to get in on the action with Cooper, our small town private detective, who has no idea of the magnitude of the job that fell on his lap. This is her chance to prove herself, and boy does she . . .

Geri and Cooper have an "innocent" encounter at the library that sets off an incredible chemistry for these partners in crime. There he was, sitting at the library researching plantations, and here comes this Southern bombshell innocently manipulating him into asking her for help. And the story takes on a whole other level of deceit and intrigue . . . because no matter what we know, we still root for both of them till the end.

I cannot wait for SIMULATION!!!

Thanks again, SK for giving me some room to reveal the new and improved POP TRAVEL - it blows my mind! And the re-release has a sneak peek at the first chapter of SIMULATION which comes out Sept 14th!
